Johnson Heating and Air-conditioning did a great job replacing an air-condition unit for us. The salesman Jeff Reagan was knowledgeable and the installation technicians Nicky, Josh and Michael were very professional and friendly. Great people to work with. During the install the technicians were very informative to me on the A/C unit and an air scrubber unit that we had added.

I'm glad I chose Johnson Heating and Cooling Jeff he is a man of his word and seen everything through from beginning It is a pleasure dealing with Jeff he was a big factor and me choosing Johnson there was a couple issues with the two-man crew that did the installation but Jeff the owner took care of the situation and handle things very professionally I know what it takes to see a job through I was a project manager for over 15 years with a large commercial cabinet company in Orlando building hospitals and I would refer Johnson Heating and Cooling to anyone in need of heating and air thank you Jeff and thanks to the owner and the staff of Johnson Heating and Cooling.

Had Jakub and Jonothan come out, both extremely respectful people and they went above and beyond to make sure the issue is resolved, nothing but extremely high praise for what they did. Definitely happy to be falling asleep in a cool house now.

We couldn’t be happier with Jeff & the crew. Within 2 days, they replaced our old Heat Pump, replaced ductwork, runs, vents, return, & thermostat. They all showed up on time, worked thru heavy rain & wind, explained everything in the simplest of terms, & cleaned everything up! I’d recommend Johnson Heating & Cooling from Scottsboro to anyone needing service or a complete new system! ?
