Check in at 8am, app for 9, got a door at 8:30, started unloading at 9:30, got out at 10:15. Pretty good times. But there are 4 trucks waiting behind me because they only have 2 doors.

If you come to this company as driver make sure you have your lunch box full. Will take a while.
Also if you are having hard time navigating in a confined space with a truck do not even try. Whole yard is cluttered with all type of pallets.
By appointments, but does not mean much.

I rarely write reviews, but I can't keep my mouth shut about this. This is one of the slowest and most unorganized facilities I have been to. This place is just a huge mess. The office staff, Leslie Holcomb is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. She was going crazy on us truckers because she had 4 call outs, which is not any of our problems. Definitely needs to fix her attitude. Remember, we're contractors, not your employees to treat us like this. She was talking about "appointment" times, yet our products weren't even ready to begin with! So even if you show up on your appointment, she'll have you waiting for 8 hours and still won't honor you detention time. This place seriously needs to be reviewed, it's just bad business to keep it flowing like this.

Guess I got lucky? Read the reviews and expected to be here for half a day to get loaded and have a bad interaction but no. Quick loading. Very kind people. Everyone was great. Thank you guys.

When you come to this place you park along the curb or outside the gate. You must walk around the corner half way down the bldg shipping and receiving office.
Bring pu# trailer# phone# destination. Starts with a 710#
They will call you when they are rdy. You'll see a red light ? on the side of bldg don't go past that. Wait till they call you.
Only one person loads trucks here. Office lady ISN'T pleasant. Place is very tight to maneuver around. There's stuff scattered everywhere.
They have a couple of truck stops right off highway 72 and Walmart is not too far away although I'm not sure if you would be able to park at Walmart or not I doubt it. Better off parking at the truck stops
They are by appointment only here. And they open at 7:00.
