He is very organized, gives me updates on any charges that he has gone over with me, his billing is very detailed and accurate and prompt. His crew is friendly, polite and very professional. We had an absolutely fabulous experience with John Christopher Construction! My backyard remodeling project has been quite the task over the last few years, and installing a prefab gazebo was the final element of my masterpiece. John Christopher construction came highly recommended by my architect, and Chris Manos is an absolute delight to work with. The entire team is prompt, professional, attentive, polite, and extremely talented. They were able to install permanent concrete support footing blocks to ensure maximum stability of the structure, and they put the whole thing together in a matter of several days. I am thankful that I was able to connect with Coastal Handyman Pros. My experience working with them was a positive one. After having negative experiences with other contractors in the past, I'm pleased to say I now have a reliable contractor that I can count on for any future repairs or remodels.

I have a 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom rental property in Irvine. The tenants recently vacated with little to no notice. When I inspected the property it was completely destroyed. I reached out to a few reputable contractors and was floored by the pricing and the limited scope of services provided. After another search I connected with Coastal Handyman Pros. From start to finish I had a sense of confidence that not only was this team competent, but also looking out for my best interest. My point of contact was John F. and I am impressed with how professional and more importantly how responsive he was. The pricing was fair and the quality of work completely met my expectations.

John F. and crew took my ruined and non-rentable property and restored it to a condition that is marketable. I'm also impressed with their commitment to getting the project done on time, and with limited change orders. The change orders resulted from damages uncovered during the extensive repair work that was done. Which was expected given the circumstances.

Again, I am very please with my experience working with this company. When I need repair work or remodeling done for my rental or my residence Coastal Handyman Pros will be the first company I call.
