Working with Joel Portillo was pure bliss! My husband and I recently bought our forever home. An 8,500 sqft home in Sherman Oaks but it needed a complete remodel of 6 bedrooms, and 7 bathrooms. The original home architecture and design was pretty outdated, and we wanted something more modern, and high-end. Joel & Co. Construction was recommended to us by a close friend who he built a beautiful custom home for. After meeting Joel for the first time we knew he was our guy, so we didn’t even interview other contractors. The renovation work seems to be a tough task. Yes, it is unless you got the help of a professional. I have received help in renovating my new house from Joel. He is the owner of Joel & Co. Construction remodeling company. For a while, I was searching for a reliable and reputed company. While discussing with one of my cousins I came to know about them. My cousin has undergone a kitchen makeover by their company.
He recommends him to me and now I can happily recommend Joel to others. I loved his process of executing the project of bathroom renovation. My bathroom was having insufficient space. I discussed the idea with him and the result was just fantastic. His co-workers are equally appreciable because of their contribution the work got completed on time. I am planning to go for room addition as well and surely am going to hire this company again.

Joel & Co. construction remodeled our guest bedroom and bathroom; about 600 sq. ft. Remodeling projects are stressful! Joel was able to answer all our questions quickly with honesty. We were happy with the job and would recommend them to friends and family. There were outcomes on the project that didn't go as we expected but Joel was very accommodating and redo the work without problem. He's very accessible through the projects and flexible with scheduling. Overall, the crew did a great job remodeling the room and bathroom. I was very much worried about thinking whom to hire as the contractor as I was planning for some great kitchen remodeling along with proper bath renovation. After meeting Joel, the owner of Joel & Co. Construction I was pretty sure that he has some promising ideas to provide our kitchen and bathroom. My bathroom has become larger and more functional and the beautiful designs adding more features to the spaces.

After hiring them it took approximately 3 weeks to finish the kitchen remodeling project and the outcome was so good that I don’t regret of hiring him for this job. Now I have a master bathroom and a fine and clean kitchen and the credit goes to this company.

Joel and his team are just awesome! They are super professional, clean and quick. They know exactly what needs to be done and do it in a seamless manner. We had a small bathroom remodel project that was done in less then a week. Joel is the one you want when it comes to work being done on your house. After having a leak in my master bathroom shower, I thought that it would be time to just remodel the entire bathroom. I met with 4 contractors and narrowed it down to 2. Joel & Co. Construction really impressed me with their detailed proposal. I ended up choosing Joel not only because of their price, but also due to the quality of their work. I was very pleased to see that the project went according to the plans and nothing was delayed. I ended up doing more than just a bathroom remodel, I also had wood floors put throughout my house, and I am now in the talks of doing a kitchen remodel.
