My Service today was Excellent.

The Girl at the Fabric Counter cutting the fabric. Was a huge help.

She helped me to pick out Dress Fabric for our Pattern for an Historic Apparel Line we are designing. We needed to have a fabric that flowed for a Woman's Dress...she was GREAT!!!

I am sorry I forgot her name she was working Sunday morning in the Coconut Creek needs. SUNDAY April 10th.

She had patience and listened to our needs.

She is great!!! Please thank her for us.

Kelly was such a lovely help today, sold me a wonderful Singer 4432. Great store to visit, make sure to ask for Kelly, she will literally walk over with you to grab the item you’re looking for. Excellent customer service!

It’s a nice store but it is a sauna inside. 85° @ 830pm outside. No portable AC units will be enough for a space this big. To expect employees to work in these conditions in south Florida is ridiculous. It’s not comfortable for shoppers and I am certain it is not comfortable for the employees. Can’t imagine having to sweat it out and then be responsible for emptying the condensation tanks as part of your shift. All stores in the plaza have functioning AC except Joann’s. Do better for everyone. Fix it.

Over the past seven days, I have been faced with a critical issue of insufficient staffing, resulting in a lack of employees available to assist customers and an absence of cashiers at the checkout counters. This has happened for the second time within this short period, causing considerable inconvenience and frustration for valued customers.

I was happy to find The Wobbles at the store, there's a very limited amount sold at the store. The price is the same amount as Amazon except for the one we got was actually priced lower than Amazon. The associate was so helpful searching for it on the floor and the associate at the register was pleasant
