I started dealing with Jorge in 2020 when we bought a house and needed a full facelift, which included inside and outside paint, added a bathroom, and retiled a shower. The work was not perfect but it was affordable and I realized the trade-off.
Now I am dealing with their poor choice of tile used in my shower. They used, what I think, is backsplash tile because the paint has worn off, leaving the shower floor looking old and ugly.
I've contacted them, and at first Lynnette said they would repair it, I would need to pay for the supplies and they would do the labor for free. Weeks of no shows and now being totally ghosted. They are not responded to my texts and not picking up my calls.

THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK.

Very poor communication.

This company JNB Services was honest and I got a beautiful kitchen remodeled. The company has a great CEO, staff, cabinet maker, painters, electricians, and assistance. I'm very pleased with the work done on my kitchen.

Complete joke of a company! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Can’t speak to quality of work because they can’t be bothered to even send an estimate. Had Frankie come out on August 26 to take measurements and discuss kitchen renovation, flooring, and painting. He told me would get back to me with estimate either on Friday or Tuesday because of Labor Day weekend. Have been chasing him and JNB up for weeks, always promise they are “working on putting estimate together and it will be emailed the next day”. It’s now September 24th and still no estimate! If this is what they are like to get a simple quote from, who knows how long they would take to actually do any work!

My house was in such terrible shape. The paint was old and no longer protective. All the boards around the bottom of the house were rotting. I called 3 contractors. 2 of them talked down to me and patronized me. 1 of those 2 started out with one bid and increased it 2 more times! None of the reasons for the price increases made logical sense and I told them I believed they were trying to take advantage of me because I was a woman. Then, I remembered that I had met Lynette who had told me of her brother's contracting company. I called her and worked with Jorge who had wonderful ideas that I had not previously considered. He gave me a quote, which was in the price range I felt the job would cost from the beginning. There were some bumps along the way, but that happens with all jobs. Each time, the problems were addressed quickly and to my satisfaction. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I had them for a second job inside my home and will post another review with pictures of that. You can't go wrong with this company!

Thank you for my beautiful interior remodel of the dining room, hall, and touch-up of my bathroom. Eduardo and the crew did a fantastic job! My favorite part is when they tuned that hideous beam into an interesting and lovely architectural accent, then continued that look down the hall to make it a cohesive look. I wish I had more before pictures. The ceiling was that awful popcorn and was in bad shape. It was also not level. When they finished, it was beautiful!

JNB Services is great! We called them after a very unprofessional contract company failed miserably. JNB came in, assessed the project and was able to successfully complete it in less than two weeks. The quality of their work and the professionalism of the management of the project is what everyone considering a project deserves. We all work hard for our money and so do they. There was no waste of materials, no hidden fees, no schedule slippage, and no price increases. I highly recommend them!
