After being unable to exit the parking garage of my apartment complex Sunday because a JMB Construction truck blocked the exit so no one could enter or leave. I called and left a message of complaint with the company. Monday morning I receive a rude phone call from another JMB employee arguing that they had no trucks in the area. Well, I’ve got pictures that prove otherwise. I guess JMB Construction just has a rude and entitled culture. I can’t imagine dealing with them as a paying customer.

They left all the debris and machines outside of our property after their construction. The permit also ran out.

I agree with the earlier poster. We have extremely tight parking around our apartment. Pearse was extremely cooperative and neighborhood friendly. His team worked very fast and efficiently, and started the noisy part after everyone was awake. They finished on time just as Pearse promised. 5 solid stars.

Great Construction company they can do any Barndominium shell, fencing, roofing, build sheds and it’s from the best high quality materials.
