Jose and his crew did an excellent Job of picking up where I had left off with another contractor. One I had to let go of for not doing such a great job on a different project. They did an excellent Job with custom window install. He communicated really well and was easy to work with. The job I had for him was not an easy one the windows had not been perfectly measured and each one was a custom fit.They were all custom hand made wood windows. I would use them again for a big job in a heartbeat. He pays attention to detail and there are no surprises. He let me know when there might be a chance that something could arise that could cost more. My house has stucco on the exterior and the stucco guys he works with did a really good job as well. It’s a very old house and you can only differentiate
new from old really close up. I’m very happy with the quality of the work and To finally get this project done. 13 windows! They did a good job with clean up too. The crew was respectful in the house and outside.

Jose came out right after a bad storm caused water damage inside. His estimate was reasonable and fair. Jose and his team do an excellent job. They are honest and trustworthy. Jose was willing to do whatever was needed to save our crown molding. THANK YOU AGAIN JOSE!!! Their work was excellent and everything looks GREAT. We will be hiring Jose and his team again in the future. I feel like a grown up now that I know an honest and reasonable contractor. If you need an estimate call him and see for yourself. Jose is also dependable and communicates well and his prices are fair. Call him for an estimate and you can see for yourself.

The whole crew was timely, took pride in their work, and even worked some weekends to keep on schedule. Jose has high standards and kept everything on track. Even where we were ok with paint job, the workers said no, Jose wants it smoother; and they redid it. We will hire Jose again when our next remodel comes up

Jose and his crew were great! The mudding/paint project they did for me was top notch - clean, safe and the results looked great. If that wasn't enough, Jose's timeliness and responsiveness was what had me sold. I called him for a small project on Sunday, and he showed up the same day to assess the project. The same night he sent me a quote for the work, and he started Monday morning. JLQ is my new preferred general contractor going forward!

Jose and his team did a amazing job to help us remodel the fireplace to become a beautiful TV wall. Jose responded promptly to our request on Thumbtack, met with us right on the second day, and discussed many details to let us know how they plan to proceed with the renovation. The team completed the work very efficiently and took care of all the details.
Sometimes Jose may be too busy to reply in text messages, so making a phone call is the best way to communicate with Jose. Overall we really like the new TV wall and would recommend Jose to everyone!

Jose helped us with a remodel of our Marin County home and he and his team did a fantastic job. Jose and his team could not be nicer and more friendly. Jose and his team are a pleasure to be around. They are also expert craftsmen with an abundance of knowledge and experience. Jose knows EVERYTHING there is to know about remodels and home building. Jose helped us with two bathroom remodels, two kitchen remodels, and a ton of other work on our new property including a plan for 1200SQFT expansion that he will be helping us with. Everything Jose has done for us has come out perfect down to the smallest of detail. Jose is also a great project manager and does an efficient job coordinating multiple subcontractors on complex projects. We trust Jose 100% and so grateful for his guidance throughout our time working with him. We have recommended Jose to lots of people so he is bound to become very busy so it's best you hire him before he becomes fully booked out. JLQ is destined to become one of greats in the San Francisco Bay Area.
