Jim Reif Builders made our new home build and move-in seamless and stress free. We had a very tight timeline and even with challenges of supply chain and pandemic related issues, Jim's team kept everything on schedule. Each step of the process went smoothly from design to move in. Tom gave excellent suggestions and feedback on our design ideas. The carpentry crew and office staff were communicative and friendly. It was clear that the team was focused on our home. Even now when I have questions, Jim and team are quick to reply and help. We are grateful and love our house!

Jim Reif Builders constructed our home in 1996. We picked Jim Reif as our home builder because right from the onset Jim helped us design and build a true custom home that fit our needs and included the options that were important to us. Jim’s vision and creative design and experience was critical in delivering the type of home that we wanted. Jim was very thorough and detail oriented and presented options to us that we would not have considered nor were presented by other builders. The attention to detail was impeccable. It was the attention to these details that resulted in our building the home of our dreams that stayed on budget. Simple things such as every night the job site was cleaned up and meeting with us routinely to show and walk through the construction of the home, reiterating the decisions that were made and making sure we understood the construction progress as it related to the detailed house plans, reinforced we had made the right decision in choosing a builder. Keeping the project on track with sub-contractors was another part of Jim’s strengths. The craftsmanship and quality of the work experienced in using Jim Reif Builders was excellent and after 30 years the quality still speaks for itself.
