Just want to share my 5 Star review. The customer service provided by Vanessa was above and beyond my expectations. And the delivery of the Roll off Container couldn’t have been placed any better !! Even if I did it myself. It made my full day of loading much EASIER with the container placement. Thank You !

We have been using Jewell Trucking since 2014, initially it started out with them providing us Stone delivery by quad axle dump truck, when ever we needed materials they were prompt, professional and courteous. Our business relationship grew as there service expanded, owning our own roll off truck, when ever we needed another truck to pick up dumpsters full of logs or wood chips they were always there to lend a helping hand with an experienced roll off truck driver along with a fleet of roll off trucks and in always timely manner, which is huge! They have offered exceptional service with flat bed trailer and semi trucks when ever we needed material transferred from one job, not to mention a semi truck with a massive container for hauling logs from jobs out of town for us to load with our log truck, and bring back to our log yard for processing. Most recently they added a low boy trucking service which has made moving massive equipment from job to job extremely simple. The expertise and experience shows when you can get a truck and trailer into areas where you don’t normally see a truck get in and out to load and unload. I will always be grateful for their service, both professionally and personally, I don’t know what we would do without them, makes me proud to say I will never need to look for another trucking service again, for they facilitate all our business needs which these days is rare. You will not find a better truck service, then Jewell Trucking, thank you for all you have done and continue to do.

The only reason I’m posting this publicly is because my private messaged have went un answered. I’m not a dramatic person at all and honestly don’t want to tarnish someone business even if they intentionally hit my car. Twice…
This company even deleted their whole facebook page after my review.
there was some initial conversation in private, but no follow up, and further messages were left with no response.

This incident involves the owner of Jewell Trucking and his irrational and negligent behavior behind the wheel of a 30,000 lb truck.
Monday, he, in a semi truck rear ended me twice, intentionally. Because I apparently cut him off 2 miles before we both exited the freeway.
The only reason I decided to postabout it on facebook is because I recieved zero concern or apology from the owner.
damage is nothing major. But events during and after are.

Quick replay:guy tailed me as I got off the freeway, and lightly bumped me as I was already stopped on exit. I knew he was going to, I could see him slowly inching forward until he felt that he hadbumped me.
He said "you cut me off first, my dash cam footage will show that" as if me cutting him off 1-2 miles ago justifies him hitting me....
He calmly offered insurance info, I said sure, back up so i can see damage (i didnt think there was any damage and i didnt make a big deal what so ever. He got in his car and THEN... he accelerated forward, hitting my car again and said "now there will be damage) note: compare distance between our cars in the first pic (initial contact) and second pic. as you can see, in second pic he is now touching my bumper, causing the most damage.
I left instantly as I felt threatened.

When I first called the company to relay story, the owner, Crystal had a very nonchalant tone and told me she recieved another side of the story. And basically just answered "ok" on the rest of the call as I relayed my story. She said she would get the employees accident report when he got back. Never asked if I was okay (yes I was).
PS: I was the only one who actually apologized & I was sorry if it seemed like I cut him off. (DIDNT)2 whole miles ago)
I told her I had motion pictures proving my side of the story but that the motion doesnt come through via email. Not a video. She said ok, and convo was done. She didnt show any interest in seeing the evidence or finding out more. Would have been happy to drive up there.
It really bothered me but all made sense once I found out the driver wasnt her "employee" but her husband and possible co owner.

Crystal, here's the pictures proving my side of the story. (Want to reiterate I would have gladly showed you privately but you never responded to my other messages.

It isnt my intention to tarnish anyone's business, especially now. but after receiving no apology or acknowledgement of what happened, which was all I wanted, I decided to let this incident be known.
This happened 2 days ago, insurance was settled by noon yesterday. I waited, thinking that after everything was settled, maybe then I would get the follow up and apology.

The first message I sent her , she responded and apologized for her lack of concern that I mentioned But nothing else.

After the second hit, he got out, No insurance info in hand. at this point I was feeling threatened and scared. I left. After telling crystal that part, she asked why I left and didnt stay for the insurance info.umm Because your husband purposely just bumped my car, twice, with his semi truck and got back out to approach me.
A simple sincere apology and admittance of wrong doing would have done the job and I would have been over it. .

BTW: their insurance promptly claimed liability less than 24 hours later...that part was resolved.

Although I felt threatened and my car was damaged, the lack of concern and unapologetic tone was honestly the most unsettling part!!

I used Jewell to deliver stone where I work. They were very quick and friendly. I highly recommend! They were also very prompt to deliver and pick up dumpsters to people that I have recommended them to
