I received a certified letter with payments break down. Apparently monthly fee went up and I was never aware. I asked her how come I did not know, she said they have been sending me letters to California address. I informed her I do not live in CA, I live in the property why my letter are being sent to CA. The lady at finance was so rude and stated yelling at me as if I was her child. I asked her to stop yelling at me twice then she yelled even more. Those people should not be on the phone with customers because when they bring personal problems to work they do not know how to remain professional.

I have lived in my community for 10 years and JDM is our second property management company. Since they became our management company many things have improved. In particular is our property manager, Erica. She has tackled and resolved issues that have been ongoing since I arrived, head on. She is the 5th property manager and is, by far, the most effective. When she first started she introduced herself in a very friendly, professional and courteous manner. She is willing to go around the community to see that things are being taken care of, and/or done right. I am on the screening committee and working with her has been a delight. I can always count on her for answers to my questions. Her working knowledge is impeccable. The company needs more Ericas.

This "property management" company is absolutely incompetent. When we presented them with facts regarding expensive fees we were paying and services not received they personally attacked us. Personal attacks have been the norm apparently we are the problem LOL! Kristine should be fired her demeanor and her all cap emails which are unprofessional. We had a meeting (to opt out of services paid for but not received) which was a complete waste of time. Denise showed up 40 minutes late to the meeting and began yelling and more personal attacks with no insight as to the meeting she had missed the majority of. Our experience with them has been really bad. They give the Palm Beach Polo area a poor rep!

Thus far, the person in charge of completing the condo questionnaires has been extremely unprofessional and uncooperative with my mother's lender. They have provided incomplete documentation to the lender, and are snarky when the lender has questions regarding the missing documents. They have caused a delay which will now cause my mom to have to extend her rate lock and is costing her money! This is unforgivable, Maria. My mother is 87 years old, and you personally, and JDM Property Management, have caused her undue and unnecessary stress, not to mention creating additional costs for her. We noticed you didn't hesitate to deposit her check. Now be a professional and get this done!

Very racist, unprofessional & unethical company. Does not know the HOA laws in the state. Wind Mitigation has been expired since 2019 and these folks have no clue where the current document is located. Right hand has no clue what the left hand is doing 🙄. They will outright LIE & blame future residents about submitting docs to the wrong place, when in fact they are incompetent and misplace docs. As a result, this utter dysfunction delays closings. I cannot believe these people are in this business. Be very careful when dealing with this people.

Terrible management team, horrible accounting structure and poor customer service. This company is very unethical! Not only did they charge late fees on automatic payments, they also would "miss" applying your own payments then tell you that you are a month behind on dues. When given evidence that the payments were made on time and withdrawn from my account to them, I was told that my payment somehow was applied to another account holder by mistake and that I would need to make up the difference of their mistake.

I sold my house 5 month ago and to this day I am still being charged for HOA dues for a home I do not own/live in. I submitted forms to them twice to remove the automatic payment, to cease collection, and to refund the over $500 of fees charged just to be told they do not have record of the paperwork being submitted (even with email backup) and they do not give refunds.

Stay farrrrrrrrrrrr away from this company!!

All owners of all properties managed by JDM are treated with the same care and attention. One of the few management companies that does not have a phone answering system. We answer all our calls and return calls with in 48 hours. When a home owner is delinquent with their maintenance fees, we do every thing we can with in the requirements of the association to take of these matters. But unfortunately we cannot selectively enforce the policies of the association. We have some of the best vendors and employees that take the time to do the work with in a reasonable schedule. The quality of our work can be seen in the well maintained properties we manage.
As for safety and security, this is handled by the master association and the home owners association.

JDM property management is not recommended. Office has poor communications. Business has too many clients. Quantity not quality. JDM will disappoint. They won't care I'm gone but I'll persue a company that has better client relations.

My last month of service......

1) JDM pool technicians turn over seems high. Never had the same technician for a extended period of time. Asked the technician to not rinse out the pool filter next to the property hedges time and time again. The chlorine kills the vegetation. Only problem was I had to ask many times because each guy that serviced the pool was new to my home. I asked where's the other guy and I get "he left".
2) Recently this summer my pool water level was slowly getting lower. We were on vacation and I was unaware of this problem. For several weeks as the water level dropped, they just dumped chemicals in the pool. No notification to the home owner that your pool system is in need of attention as 1 foot of water is missing. My Email and phone is on file.
All I got was that they "informed the operations manager about the issues with the lack of communication on this matter.
Manager's response was that your normal technician was out sick for almost two weeks and they had a few different techs servicing the pool however, that's no excuse."
With this admit of lack of communication the company would not budge on compensating for their poor service that month. Even as a long standing customer who always paid on time, they offered no refund or even a partial refund for that months service. Quick to take not to give. Your just a number, not a valued customer.
3) A week after I addressed the above incident, I encountered the pool tech servicing the pool. I told him about my frustrations. He informed me the pool pump seized and stopped working a week ago. I told him JDM has not mentioned this problem to me. I patiently waited for the company to contact me. 3 more weeks passed for JDM to formally inform me of my new problem and provide a estimate. They never contacted me or suggested repairs. At the end of that month I discontinued their pool service.
