Horrible work ethic never wanted to listen to the customer. Noal is always turning down ideas and suggesting something completely different. Jay can not communicate with any employee or customer with out being rude. Workers are not wearing any PPE on the job cites. They’re up on the roof with no hard hats or safety harness, over all worse experience any customer could have. Highly recommend to look somewhere else.

Horrible customer service, called and spoke with an older gentlemen Noel and was right away told to slow down since I was going to "fast" for him. Was trying to explain to him that I wanted an estimate on my bathrooms and half a kitchen put back together since they are down to the studs and he wasn't even trying to help, saying why cant the company who did that finish and so on. Just having a BAD attitude and HORRIBLE business practice. I have the money to do this work and he just didn't want any part at all for no reason. HORRIBLE business all around. STAY FAR AWAY!!

Buddy working a couple houses down from Jay's was rippling out dry rot on the porch and Jim, Lemoore inspector stopped by to say"sir we got a call for Jay's, you had no permits. Wow dude, good luck!!
