I bought a new home from JayMarc more than one year ago, and I have been very satisfied and happy with them. Their homes are beautifully designed, and the material used is top-notch. To be honest, I did not have much interaction with JayMarc during the buying process since that was all through my agent, but after the purchase, their customer service department has been amazing. Per their warranty, they have been at my home many times to repair various issues, big and small. It's common to find random issues here and there in new homes, but JayMarc's customer service employees have made that process very painless with no frustration. They are easy to reach via email, always on time for their appointments, have never been late even once, always fix things completely without lingering issues and clean up thoroughly before they leave. I felt that their employees were genuinely interested in solving problems for customer homes as if it were their own home. They even went above and beyond what the warranty contract states, to make us happy, and as a result we are very happy that we bought a home from such a reputable local builder.

There's several builders that I really respect, but JayMarc is at the top of that list. Their floorplans and designs are superb, their agents are both knowledgeable and great to work with, and most importantly they build excellent homes!

I'm incredibly disappointed with the service provided by Jaymarc Homes. Even after repeatedly informing their customer care team about necessary repairs during the 11-month warranty period and following up multiple times, it's been six months and we're still dealing with unresolved issues and no response from Jaymarc. For instance, there are exposed cabinet nails due to loose trims and the window quartz in the bathroom is not glued, posing a safety risk to our small child. These are not small issues we can fix ourselves.

To make matters worse, their lack of responsiveness and failure to schedule the necessary repairs have been beyond frustrating. Despite my best efforts to communicate and provide detailed information, Jaymarc Homes hasn't shown any meaningful effort or progress. It feels like they simply don't care about our concerns and don't even have the courtesy to respond.

On top of that, scheduled appointments have resulted in no-shows, with no attempt to reschedule. This kind of disregard for our time and inconvenience is completely unacceptable. We've followed up multiple times, but there's been no response.

In short, Jaymarc Homes' failure to address these significant repairs, their lack of communication, and their disregard for scheduled appointments are incredibly disappointing. I strongly urge others to consider alternative home builder providers for this price range who value prompt and reliable customer service.
