This is the only contractor I have not regretted choosing. The previous GC gave me a BIG headache. Fortunately, my friend introduced me to Jacky and I am glad to hire Jacky to do my ADU. I built a 1000sqf ADU in the backyard, located at diamond bar city. I asked Jacky for their quotation at the beginning, which was very detailed and reasonable. Every step was explained clearly and it was easy for me to understand. Every communication was smooth and timely. I signed the contract in 05/2022. At that time, it was about $220/sqf, including some upgraded cabinets. The city plan check fee was about $3200, the school fee was $4700, and the architectural drawing was $7000. This fee charging standard is only for my city and may be different for other cities. It took a total of 8 months from the drawing to the city approval, and about 6.5 months from the beginning of digging the foundation to the completion of the project and moving in. It wasn't a short time, but it wasn't too long either. I am very satisfied with this cooperation. Thank you Jacky and his team. Now we are planning to build an ADU in our parents’ backyard, and of course we will continue to work with Jacky’s team.

Jacky and team did a very good job remodeling my kitchen - full disclosure upfront, attentively follow-through, quick response to my questions, thinking ahead, quality execution, you name it. Permits are all taken care of, which is a huge plus.

I also asked him to refer a roofer and solar panel provider. Both are efficient with reasonable prices just like them. As a person with bad experiences with other contractors before, I am very satisfied with JASP.

This was the first time in my life hiring a contractor to build my ADU very luckily I found Jacky. Jacky and his whole team did the excellent job building a 1000 SQFT ADU. I love his new office and the material he provided me was the best. The total price and all the material was listed in the contract I was not asked to pay any extra like some contractors did. He is one of the most trustworthy contractor I have ever met I don’t think I could find any contractors whose price could beat his considering using the same material and/or labors as his in my area. He is my priority contractor. I will definitely hire JASP for new construction and/or remodeling in the future.
