Lou is an experienced and knowledgeable professional. He was recommended by my realtor, and I am glad I used him for the structural plan for my renovations. I appreciate that he prioritized giving me an estimate and came out to the property to measure everything for a plan. He sent me the plan in a couple of days, which is quick. He followed up and made sure I understood the plan. I never felt rushed and had to reach out to him couple of times for questions, and he was kind to explain things to me. Highly recommended!!

Lou visited our house promptly, was courteous, and very helpful. He took measurements with a laser, read blueprints to clarify the construction inside the walls, and explained his findings. We were so relieved to have discovered such a knowledgeable engineer willing to give us an unbiased opinion on our situation. He saved us from doing something that would have cost much more than his recommendations.

Lou helped us out with a determination as to how to partially open up a kitchen wall and maintain the structural integrity of the roof. Lou took the extra step to go up into our attic and make sure what he was looking at before giving us his opinion. We feel that he went above and beyond in assisting us here and would highly recommend him to anyone.
