We had a broken garbage disposal and after reviewing a few handyman sites, I called James. He was there that afternoon and promptly fixed our problem. We were so impressed with his thoroughness and courtesy that we asked him to come back to work on a few other jobs. James will be our 'go to guy' for any future projects. Oh, and he is very reasonable in his pricing. Thanks, James!

Beware, this guy is very unprofessional, rude, and is a scammer. He doesn't have a business card and won't give his last name. He refused to give an estimate for his work despite multiple requests. He and his assistant fixed a leak on the roof, some indoor ceiling damage, and re-cemented a few bricks outside. Then he argued loudly for an unreasonably high price ($150/hr!) before leaving for the day. I gave him less than he asked for, but more than he deserved, and he refused to come back to finish the job (paint touch up). I would not hire him again and do not recommend him. Also, the first 3 reviews below were posted by him. I know this because the incomplete name he gave me was Sherwin James and he is from Jamaica. It doesn't take Sherlock Holmes to figure it out. FYI his real name is Sherwin James Hines.

Buyer be aware of poor craftmanship. Did a bad job on my kitchen and did not tell me of his mistakes but tried to hid them.I would not recommend him at all. I did not pay him full price due to the poor craftmanship.
