Surveyor (Mike) was very courteous, I had a few questions and he took the time to answer. Scheduled quickly, completed timely, very nice job. Now I have the satisfaction of knowing where the property line is...
Communication/billing was easy too, all done by email. Mohammad Ranjha was very nice and responded quickly!
I would and have recommended Jahnke & Jahnke Assoc to friends.

Only reason not a 5 star...it was pricey. But you get what you pay for...and I now have peach of mind over a property line dispute!

Jahnke & Jahnke helped me when I was in a bind due to permit requirements and project deadlines related to a shed install on my property - their team met me where I was at and was able to provide the survey I needed on a short timeline.
Other firms noted that my survey would require several weeks to complete - Jahnke & Jahnke was able to expedite the process and have everything completed in less than a week from signing the contract.

I wanted my property surveyed as I had some doubts. J&J provided a quote, helped find markers, replaced missing markers, and corrected other discrepancies. The project got more complicated as there were too many local discrepancies, J&J needed to go to landmarks further away to get accurate results. In the end, I received the detailed survey I needed and all the physical issues resolved in the timeframe I asked for. I would use J&J again should I ever need a surveyor.

Mentioning Jennifer in the front office first is a must. She was very helpful in providing information and scheduling. Pete M at Jahnke was extremely helpful through our permitting process. The Village engineer requested alterations three times based on developer errors and other changes they thought would be beneficial to drainage.
