Tyler and John came up last Summer and installed a Fiberon Deck in the back of our house over looking our newly planted back yard . This summer they ( Tyler, John, Ethan and Josh ) replaced our old existing 31 year old deck on two sides of our home and butted it up to our new deck from last summer , it was a 3 week project . It was a big job with lots of angles following the layout of our original deck.

We couldn’t be any happier with the quality of their construction and their eye for detail. Tyler and his amazing crew were a pleasure to work with ! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND, ! Thank you Jade Contractors !!

Tyler, Thanks so much for the two beautiful decks your company installed on our home in North Pole. Is everything that you said it would be. The cost at first seemed a little expensive, however once the decks were installed, WOW it is underpriced my friend. I especially liked and noticed how the decks attached to the home thru he previously installed siding, making it look ultra Professional, WELL DONE. You kept your word on the one piece of decking to complete the job, again, Super Professionalism. There should be a 6 Star rating for you and you Outfit.

We came home to Alaska with a bursted pipe and a huge mess of mold and bio slums in our boiler room along with water and mold in our crawl space. They were the only contractor to answer and respond on the same day within an hour and come out to my property to set up dehumidifies and fans. We had previously contacted Taylored restorations and they finally called us back three days later. Tyler also made a good referral for the repairs. Overall exemplary service and quality. Thank you !!!

Tyler and his crew are top notch and amazing!!! Had a water leak in our mechanical room and called the other people google listed for water mitigation for Fairbanks....ughhh...like almost everything here, leave a message and/or no answer at all. We need help now!!!! Tyler answered the phone and said he would be right out. In under two hours he had equipment drying and a mitigation plan. He even handled the insurance paperwork!!!! I have also seen their work around town in other businesses. Simply put, these are your go to contractors for your home/business construction needs!!!!

No communication. We had a deck completed by Tyler last year and have had some issues with the quality (paint peeling off railings) and he has completely ignored us all summer after saying it would be fixed. Text, call, and email with no replies at all.

Had to have someone come out to fix multiple errors by this company. Tried getting Jade Construction to come fix it themselves but they refused to answer their phone after payment.

Jade contractors is fantastic, highly recommend. We had a well emergency and our deck was built right on top of the well with a joist running right through where we needed to get in. Jade was able to get someone out same day to make an access hole and reinforce our deck around the hole. Price was very reasonable, work was excellent, and they were overall great to work with.
