Warning: I have no idea what this company is like in delivering its services. I just observed the driver of one of their company vehicles make a dozen or more lane changes in the span of les than 2 miles through Renton along Rainier avenue. (11/15/2021 approx 4pm)

I watched as numerous other vehicles had to brake or adjust their driving to accommodate the Jobooda driver impatience. Everyone else on the road cared about not causing or being drawn into an accident but not the Jabooda driver. As far as I can tell they felt they owned the road and everyone else was just an obstacle to be maneuvered around.

All that reckless endangerment and they still ended up only three car lengths ahead of me three lights away from when I first noticed them.

To to sum things up: impatient, reckless, shortsighted, and unconcerned about the safety of others or the rules of the road.

If this is how they drive when everyone can see them, what are they like when unwatched?

Numerous delays finishing a housing development that closed six months after originally scheduled. COVID was to blame for some delays, but poor project management and mistakes exacerbated the problem. An incorrectly sized water main was installed, forcing the entire system to be redone and the project put at the back of the line for city approval. Once approvals were obtained, other contractors hadn't been lined up to finish the job on time. Many examples of over-promising and under-delivering, including hopes that homebuyers' incurred costs from the delays would be reimbursed. Jabooda reimbursed nothing upon the close of the sale.

Very unprofessional. We drove all the way to their advertised open house on 37th ave but no one was there to show the home. We called but they couldn’t reach the listing agent. Waste of time and gas!

Very, very slow with applications and they give you the run around. We will be renting from another complex after this poor experience.
