Building our home with J. Wright Building Company was a fantastic experience! We built 2 years ago during a challenging time with material price escalations and delays. Despite these hurdles, Jeremy Wright's transparency and fairness gave us the reassurance we needed that we chose the right builder. Jeremy and his team were always upfront about the costs and timelines, which made the process much less stressful.

Even after closing, Jeremy continued to take care of us, addressing our warranty items promptly and conducting a thorough 11-month walkthrough to ensure everything was in perfect order. I would give 0 stars if I could!! Do not walk…RUN away from this building company if you have any thoughts of building with them. You will regret every single second. There are about 20 different issues we are currently dealing with and cannot get them to either timely respond or fix the issues. I will come back with more lengthy and detailed reasons but I just want to warn the people right now. (Just a sneak peak for now - we still do not have equipment we paid for because this builder won’t pay the vendor. We closed on our home over 3 months ago (plus the builder got a construction loan to build so why are vendors not being paid?) That’s just a very small sampling. I’ll be back with more including structural issues.

Update: We still don’t have the equipment we purchased nor the reimbursement after months of being told “you will have it next week.”

Another thing: We have not been able to use our pool or spa since moving in. We missed an entire winter season to use the spa. We’re crossing our fingers and hope they do the right thing and have the issues fixed before we miss the entire pool season. I’ll be back with an update.

We have been in our home built by Jeremy Wright and his company for almost a year. We have been so pleased with our home. The experience and expertise of Jeremy and his people allowed us to make choices and decisions in the building process. They were knowledgeable and they were patient with us, and spent much time with us as we worked on our plan and through the building period. The quality of one of Jeremy’s homes, he had previously built, was what led us to this company. Through the whole building period, we were not disappointed in that quality! Jeremy surrounds himself with that same quality in his employees, and when he says something will be done, you can count on him. Thank you J. Wright Company, for the home you have built for our family!

Our new home was worth the wait! We had Jeremy as our builder, and he did an amazing job on our custom home. He was incredibly fair with pricing, and his attention to detail was unmatched. Not only that, but his timely communication made us feel like we were in the loop throughout every step of the process.
