4 1/2 inches of rain last night washed out my driveway. Called J&S at 8am- they were here with replacement rock by 9am! Impressive! Great customer service, great price. I highly recommend and will be using their services again.

J&S was slow to respond when we first made contact to have a very large ($) landscaping project (rows of pine trees). When they finally got back to us and set an appointment, we were happy with the work that was done by the servicemen.
We didn't receive any information on care for trees in writing, and had to rely on neighbors who had the same trees planted by the same company 4-5 months prior to ours.
Fast forward a year later and a bad summer draught- in which we took ALL necessary precautions during the rough summer to water water and water again our trees. Our yard died, but our trees were getting the water they needed. Unfortunately 4 out of 34 trees did not make it. Again out of 34! Clearly we were able to keep 30 other trees alive- by the care needed. J&S is refusing to back their warranty on our trees after I have spent the last 2 months trying to make contact with someone there to follow up on this issue, before the trees had even fully died (they were slowly going downhill and I had asked for help countless times).
VERY frustrated with a business who offers warranties and tries to tell me I didn't do something, that they have zero proof over- when I indeed did EVERYTHING possible to keep my FINANCIAL investment alive in my backyard. I will NEVER recommend this company again.

Did a great job on my concrete project. The site prep, the pouring, and the clean up were all great. They have a significant waiting list, but the wait was worth it and the price was very close to the other estimates we received.
