Was referred to J&K construction for an ADU build after our first contractor tried to scam us. From the very beginning, I knew there was something social about them. We had a budget and they stayed right within it. We were kept informed of the whole house building process from the very beginning. There were no surprises or extensive delays or miscommunication. The work crew were very respectful and kept the construction site clean. As this was our first build, we put our trust in J&K and are thrilled with the house. The best part was we had input on what was installed. From crazy colors on the walls, flooring, mini splits, counter tops, stove and sink. We love our house and greatly appreciated J&K being a part this journey.

I've had the pleasure of working with J&K Construction on many property management and home renovation projects. I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, Kevin exceeded all of my expectations and made the entire process a breeze.

Do not use this contractor. I have turned him into the State of California Contractor's Board. He did not complete the work. And what he did was shotty and incorrectly done. I had and still have to pay to have it redone. He ran off with money, claimed that he did work he did not, and is being investigated. Move on if you don't want a nightmare!
