James Hubbard owner of JHub Construction recently completed two projects at my home. I chose to work with James because he had the ability to complete both my landscaping project and the remodeling of the first floor of my home. James and his crew did an excellent job on both projects. In addition to his knowledge as a contractor, James was focused on completing these projects as quickly as possible. Most importantly, his communication with me was excellent. I highly recommend James Hubbard as a contractor.

In preparation for selling our home, my wife and I hired James Hubbard, owner of J. Hub Construction, to remodel a guest
bathroom, repair a slumpstone retaining wall, replace two living room windows and repair a cracked cement walkway.
The quote James provided was reasonable, and once the work began he suggested several ways to minimize cost, such
as repairing the living room windows instead of replacing them and procuring the bathroom tub, faucet, fixtures, etc.
from a home improvement store rather than custom ordering them. From the start of the project till it was complete, James
and his team were respectful, polite and never made a mess in our home. When finished, the bathroom looked amazing, the
retaining wall was like brand new, the living room windows worked perfectly and the cement walkway repair was flawless. In addition to performing the contracted work, James gladly agreed to perform additional work to help the house sell quickly, such as converting a wood burning fireplace to decorative glass, repairing a sliding glass door, replacing electrical dimmers, painting a walk-in closet, and installing new door handles throughout the house. The icing on the cake was how incredibly kind James and his crew were to our two, timid rescue dogs, befriending both of them and never letting either of them slip out of the house. Accordingly, I highly recommend J. Hub Construction for any home remodeling or masonry project, large or small.

James and his team went above and beyond to help us make our home exactly what we hoped for. Everyone we met along the way was timely, kind, efficient, and always left the space cleaner than they found it. From concrete, drainage, custom fences to ground covering and everything in between James was extremely knowledgeable. Everyone was also great with our pets and busy family schedules.
