Byron is a fantastic engineer and his team are great as well. They’re professional, skilled, and efficient.

Byron designed our home extension and managed securing the permits from the city. They not only did this in record time and accommodated our needs, but they also supported our project every step of the way, which has been incredibly helpful.

Highly recommend!!

!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED !!
If you want to spend $10k for an upsetting experience, unskilled work, and project abandonment call Mr. Byron S. Valencia and his unskilled construction crew Ivy Green Construction & Eng Inc.
! CHECK OUT THE PHOTOS OF HORROR !
With many more to submit to the Contractors State License Board. I'm hoping to recoup my money, but will likely lose out still because of how much Mr. Valencia's workers scratched the floors. Reporting Mr. B.S. Valencia will be worth it to save any other poor soul from this terrible experience.

Update at least Ivy Green Construction was insured. The insurance company awarded me ALL MY money back PLUS MORE for damages. That's right!! Even the insurance company sided with me... Then again, the pictures say it all, and I've got plenty of the awful proof. This still wasn't worth the trauma, but at least I was returned the finances to Move On.

Byron is a very sincere engineer, he travels distance beyond his local business address to reach the client needs. He traveled from Ventura to meet us at our site in sandiego for drawing up our site plans. Honesty and reliable are also his working ethics. I had a couple engineers left me stranded with unreliable and I completed services, so I was very skeptical and fearful of the repeating scenarios. Byron reassured me of his working ethics by being prompt with maintaining a good communication during project. He delivered his work as promised regardless that inflation has causing an increased in price, which I don’t mind paying the difference. Yes, I do believe that honest work deserves honest pay and because his price is reasonable.
