The guys did a great job. Very professional and courteous.

From start to finish only two hours to repair a two part 10 foot high, eight foot wide slider. Which was important because there was a 10 by 8 foot opening while they worked and it's January.

The slider must weigh 350 pounds per side. But with the installation of new industrial quality rollers and hardware my slider is now truly EZ. A + job guys.

We had an excellent experience with this company and they have excellent customer communication. My sliding door was hard to slide and the handle completely broke. They were able to schedule to come out within a few days for no fee to assess and give an estimate. The estimate was a fair price and we decided to proceed with repairs. Not once did they try to sell anything. They explained they had to order the model of handle that we needed but he performed the roller replacement at the first visit and kindly jerry-rigged the broken handle so it was usable. The following week they came back out and replaced the handle. Couldn't be happier with my experience! Thank you!

Andrew came in , diagnosed the whole situation within about 10 minutes . Gave me the quote ( I thought was a little pricey ) and I gave him the ok to proceed. He had the rollers replaced and silicone sprayed the rails, within 45 min.I couldn't stop sliding the door back and forth . I was in awe. Testing and retesting the gliding.It was amazing.To me , well worth the money. It will make a difference in my everyday use of the door. Thank you so much

I scheduled them to come out and give an estimate to repair a sliding door at my rental property. They were supposed to arrive today between 2 and 4. The technician called me, and said he finished early on another job, and he would be able to meet me at around 1 o'clock. Zach arrived about 5 after, looked at the door, gave me an estimate right away. I approved the estimate and work. He had the necessary parts with him, and had the door working easily in a half hour. I had contacted a sliding door repair service on Google, so I was surprised to see the review going for Ivy Builders.

Quick, professional service. Jason had most parts needed for the repair with him, and was able to get the additional material (track) within a few minutes from a nearby warehouse. The door works better than it did when I bought the house 9 years ago!
