I had a wonderful experience with iPermit because of my technician Kevin. From the very beginning to end, he was extremely professional and polite. He made the entire experience very pleasant and smooth. And I noticed that it’s very hard work that they do, but he made the procedure seem seamless. I appreciate that he made sure to explain all of the steps before starting, and would check in often throughout the process to see if I had any questions, or to let me know what he is doing. As a woman, it made me feel very safe and respected. This company is very lucky to have Kevin. He is an honest and upstanding gentleman. He also took the time to find a date that was satisfying for the next inspection. 100 stars for Kevin, really!

I REALLY appreciated our technician, Joseph, who was thorough in his tests, explained what he was doing and what the next steps will be. He also took care with attaching testing equipment around all the ducts and tidied up afterwards. Although the contractor did not inform me that this step would occur, I think these services are valuable and important for homeowners replacing HVAC systems, and the contractor should not only have told me about this step, they should have used this inspection as a selling point. Enthusiastically recommend Joseph and this company!

Kevin Tang came out to do the inspection of our new duct work. He was very pleasant and informative, clearly explaining the procedures he would be doing. He conducted the inspection efficiently and effectively. After the work was done, he explained the steps necessary to get final approval from the city inspection. He provided all the paperwork and arranged an appointment with the city inspectors. Kevin was very professional and a pleasure to work with.
