I had a great time at the Interior Define location in Dallas. KATELYN was a pleasure to work with as she was very knowledgeable about the product and was very personable. I also received several swatches and am excited about the color palette! The variety of colors and “hardware” were exciting to see. I haven’t purchased anything yet, so this review is strictly about my visit and the assistance provided. Ask for KATELYN! You won’t be disappointed working with her.

I experienced wonderful customer service from Jerika. She has a designer's eye, explaining colors and fabrics and how they may look in a room. She took a lot of time to answer questions and show me different options. I'm so happy I stopped in.

We ordered a custom sofa. We visited the store and the model felt and looked good. When ours arrived, the chemical smell of it was so strong that it's still lingering in our living room after one month. The sofa itself is not sturdy like the floor model was. It's comparable to a sofa from Nebraska Furniture Mart or ikea in terms of quality and inserts. I opened the back cushion insert and it's so cheaply made that I was shocked. For the price, I full regret the purchase.

I am very happy with my new sectional. Love the color. It is deep and roomy. The test is the catproof fabric. Ordering, delivery, etc was perfect. Would buy from them again.

We purchased what was advertised as a “modular” Lukas Corner Chaise Sectional Right from Interior Define, spending $6,465.10 on what we believed to be a customizable and expandable piece. However, when we recently tried to purchase additional sections to expand it, we were told that this was not an option. Instead, our only choice was to purchase an entirely new sofa—with only a slight discount offered as compensation.

This is incredibly misleading. If a sofa is not truly modular, that should be made clear upfront. The ability to customize and expand over time is a major reason people invest in these types of sofas, and learning after the fact that we can’t do so feels like a bait-and-switch.

Customer service was polite but ultimately unhelpful, and their solution—a minor discount on a full replacement—didn’t address the core issue. If you’re considering purchasing from Interior Define, be very cautious about their product descriptions and policies.

Would not recommend for anyone looking for a truly “modular” solution.

I enjoyed my time here very much. It was very easy to get in touch with a consultant and get an appointment scheduled. Monica was great and very informative. The store was clean and very well kept. However, I really wanted to see more large sectionals in person as the couch size we were looking for (a 6-seat U-sectional) was not available in the show room. Despite this, we were still able to find exactly what we were looking for and sealed the deal!

EDIT: The post-purchase customer service has been a nightmare. We would love to cancel our order at this point but we can't even get a hold of anyone

Just popped into the store and love all the different colorful furniture options! The sales associates were helpful and not pushy, which I really appreciated. There were 5-6 vignettes set up with furniture staged and it was a great way to see the different pieces together. My only wish is that the store were bigger so I could see more!

Had a great time with Brady and Zoe today at Interior Define in Seattle at U Village. Both were incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable, up front and honest about the durability and wear of each fabric. I was helping a friend pick out a couch, but I will most definitely be back to work with this team to pick out my own in the future! Thank you Brady and Zoe for all of the help and attention. You were great!!
