I appreciated this level of detail and decided to ask them if they could instead work on my backyard. Here, Bradley introduced me to Jonah, whose design ideas for the backyard I found appealing from the onset. We agreed on the project and got started. Throughout the entire process, both Bradley and Jonah were deeply involved. I was particularly impressed by their commitment to their initial quote. There were a couple of times they proposed significant design changes that required an adjustment to the initial quote. However, there were many more instances where they made slight adjustments and didn't fuss over the changes, simply getting the job done. I truly appreciated their great eye for design, their transparency about substantial changes, their no-nonsense approach, and the exceptional quality of their work. In the end, my backyard in Valley Village was transformed into a more spacious area, complete with pavers, a custom island for a 40' gas grill and a 24' charcoal smoker, and a custom fire pit that matches the poured concrete and stacked stone on the island. It's simply stunning, and I'm grateful for their excellent work.

Review for Interior Construction Contractor Valley Village: I had an excellent experience with the team, particularly with Bradley and Jonah. They were highly respectful of our home, maintaining a clean work area at all times. They were certainly top-tier, using every tarp to protect our home from dust and debris during the renovation process. Where things took a slight detour was when another member of the team got involved. He didn't visit our home and was slow to return calls and explain the steps and options. This led us to reconsider continuing with the project. I was not comfortable with the $1000 deposit before any services were provided - it felt like a charge just to set up the account. This team member could have done a better job explaining the process. However, I had a follow-up conversation with the Owner and President of the company, which was thoroughly positive. I regret not speaking to him while we were experiencing these minor issues. I am convinced that if I had spoken to him earlier, our entire experience would have been completely positive. His understanding and willingness to discuss our experience was very reassuring, leaving me feeling positive about the overall experience.
