From design/estimate stage to the actual construction of the walkout balcony, it has been an amazing journey and experience that we are happy we went through with Intercrus Decks.I had a vision of a balcony on a tight budget. I was amazed when they came up with a design which I didn't even understand or appreciate until the balcony was complete, how awesome our balcony would be.A balcony is so much more than a dream come true. We have the best balcony at the end of which makes me feel very proud. For this reason, I would like to believe that our balcony is the talk of our town. At the very least, my toughest critics, my in-laws and most especially my father, are left speechless upon visiting our balcony simply because of how great it looks in relation to where it is built. My dad marvels at how safe it is for our kids while praising both its materials’ quality alongside its design.Above par design! Top quality materials! Top quality people! Top quality customer service from inception to end. In my life I have never met anyone who is as hardworking as the employees of Intercrus Decks in Mercer Island and at the same time very friendly.

These guys are great. Raman walked us through everything from design, to picking product/colors and he was in touch every step of the project. Our deck was challenging but the install guys were very skilled. Absolutely would recommend Intercrus Decks

In Oct 2023, Intercrus Service Deck Builders, based in Mercer Island, constructed our deck. We are highly satisfied with the final product, which includes the picture frame detail, wrap-around steps, and decking without visible screw holes.
