Lance Buck developed designs for our home in 2019 and 2021.
Lance listened and came to us with fabulous plans incorporating our must-haves with inspirations of his own. Five years later, we still walk into our home with wonder.
A family member uses a wheelchair. The "wet room" (bathroom without barriers), 3 foot pocket doors, accessible cupboards and counters as well as exterior ramps are but a few of the ADA features Lance researched and incorporated into his design.
The kitchen is stunning! The components of the design function seamlessly for the entire family.
In 2021, we discussed the idea of enlarging and covering our front exterior porch. Lance took the idea and pushed it over-the-top by adding new walkways and lighting.
Lance is permit and construction savvy. He worked easily with the City of Woodland, contractors and us. There isn't anything we would change. His was a job well done!
