The worst company ever. All my account manager Morgan did was lie to keep her commission going. This job was easy but the customer mistreated worker and the insight global didn't do anything but make false promises. Never have I ever work for a company this bad. Really wish I would've never took her call the day she called.

Insight Global reached out to me in February with a potential job opportunity. Chandler Moore really did a lot of the legwork for me. From forwarding my resume, setting up the interview, to really helping me with every step along the way. The company ended up going with another candidate, but Chandler continued to keep in touch. 2 and a half months later, She and the account manager, Ashley Hernandez landed me another interview. A few weeks later I’m excited to say I’ve accepted an offer with said company. The team at Insight Global was incredibly helpful, and I couldn’t be more thankful for the opportunity they provided me. Would absolutely recommend using Insight Global to both sides of the hiring world!

My experience with Insight Global has been A+. I've worked with other Recruiters in the past, however, Phoebe Myers has been hands down truly the best. Working with her has gotten me from one great company to the next. It seems that every time she has another assignment for me, it is adding another advanced skillset. My questions are always answered and addressed on the same day I ask, unless it is a holiday, after hours or on the weekends. When the office is opened, I get my response quickly. Phoebe has been amazing and because of her, I highly recommend Insight Global to everyone looking for a great career opportunity (temp or option for regular employment).

Literally every time I apply for a job with Insight Global, a recruiter will call days later leave a voicemail then go ghost. I always call right back after I learn who is calling & they NEVER answer or call back. They don’t even send a follow-up email. It is getting ridiculous that recruiters just want to make calls to hit their metrics but aren’t putting in true effort to help those who apply.

Ghosting applicants is NOT OKAY! Humble yourself especially with the current job market we are in.

As a technician that has worked with this company previously, I cannot recommend this temporary staffing agency to other technicians. You will be underpaid for your work in comparison to other temp agencies, you will deal with unprofessional people, and if you decide to leave due to unsafe and other hostile conditions, they will fight to keep you from receiving benefits.

Working for this temp agency, you will have issues with your payout, if you do any travel work, you will have to live in sketchy areas, deal with the lack of communication amongst other things.

After my contract was up, they only offered me a dollar increase in pay to stay.... definitely not worth it.

Very unprofessional! A girl named “laney” took my information and scheduled an interview just to harass me at 9pm in the middle of the night requesting to change the time of the interview twice and trying to get references. Highly do not recommend! These people as a whole are condescending and rude. When calling the main office to speak with someone else, they never picked up the phone. Wish I could give zero stars…what a waste of precious time.

Overall, my experience with your recruitment Insight Global was very disappointing, and I would not recommend your services to others seeking employment opportunities. I hope that you take my feedback seriously and work to improve your recruitment process for the benefit of future applicants.
