Nick finished my kitchen remodel 4 years ago. At that time he had found an existing leak due to the corroding pipes in my walls and underneath the house. He also discovered my house doesn't have insulation in the walls. And I also hired him to replace the electrical panels in the backyard. All in all, I have noticed a 35-40% decrease in my LADWP bills since that time. So, not only do I have an amazing kitchen, but I also have an energy efficient house thanks to Nick.

Now, 4 years later, I brought nick's company in to fix the rest of the house (my main bathroom) which still had bad plumbing. The water no longer flowed to my bathroom sink by that point! He gutted the bathroom, found problems in the pipes below and I hired him to fix the rest of my plumbing issues and to give me a new bathroom. I love it so much! and I don't know if it's the excessive rain we got over the past few months, but after replacing the rest of the pipes, on the other side of my house in my bathroom, the LADWP bill I got yesterday was another 10% lower than it was last year....the lowest bill I've ever received since owning this house for 18 years. And now i feel like I'm walking into a spa in my bathroom. I highly recommend looking at Nick's company when looking at any type of remodel! Thank you Nick!

My wife and I had a great experience working with Nick. He was always available to answer any questions that we had during the whole process... even when he was on vacation! He has a great team who helped us remodel our kitchen. Francisco was awesome!

We decided to go with Nick because he is knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions. For instance, during the initial consultation, we had questions about removing kitchen soffits. We wanted to remove the soffits but we were not sure if they were supporting our house or "just for show". Instead of finding out during construction, Nick literally took out a hammer to see if they were removable or not and told us the cost upfront. We are already having Nick come back to help us with another project.

Nick and his entire team are the most reliable and trustworthy team I’ve ever dealt with as an interior designer. Any time before, during and after construction he is always available by phone, which is super important when there is tons of money being shelled out by my clients and I need to make sure they feel comfortable. My clients love Nick and Francisco/ Javier/ Pancho (multiple nicknames) is just THE BEST! He can literally do anything you need. Lowered from two stars to one, because I found more screws sticking out of the walls, and the sink drains were not even connected. What a joke.

Two stars, only because the bathroom remodel was at least finished. It’s sad because I wanted to keep using them for bigger projects. Here’s my list of problems:
-standing water in the shower
-shower valve installed wrong (I figured it out for them) but then they messed it up AGAIN. Nothing but scalding water and handle is backwards too.
-improper electrical wiring (I’m an electrician) then lied about it
-holes in adjacent walls, with screws sticking out.
-caulking around window is very messy (I installed windows when I was young. I would have been fired if I caulked like this)
-new window is not new. Scratched and scuffed all over. Installed wrong.
-plumbing is not plumb. At all.
-cigarette butts all over my backyard and in pool
-left all junk from the demo for a month. Didn’t take away until pressured
-new mirror is crooked
-toilet is crooked

I told them multiple times about some of this, then gave up. I don’t know how they stay in business. They might be good for flippers but not for a homeowner who cares about quality. They were the most expensive quote I got. These contractors are making a killing doing shoddy work. I just paid them so they would leave but I’m far from happy.
