My brief experience: a call or conversation was loud enough to fully take over the atmosphere, roughly 70% of the time. This figure does not include instances where members were considerate enough to speak in barely audible ‘deal voice’ between one another.

Otherwise, a wonderful atmosphere, soft ambient music (if you happen to not be involuntarily pulled into a zoom meeting.)

More like a Starbucks or country club than a legitimate co-working space.

My recommendation to management: offer (require) conversation and calls be held privately in rented rooms to (1) preserve common area atmosphere and (2) drive sale of office space - both serve a healthy revenue model.

I talked with staff who shared it is not policy to moderate the chatter - unless it is ‘excessively loud’ - WHICH WOULD BE SHOUTING!

Unfortunately this cancels an otherwise amazing atmosphere. My heart goes out to the investors. Staff: let me know when the atmosphere is curated differently. I’ll come back and amend this review immediately.

Update: I just got off the phone with sales person Nick, who did confirm there is no policy requiring calls be taken in phone booths or a private office.

Had a very bad experience and wasted a lot of time with this company. Signed up for the Hollywood location, it seemed like it was closing (the manager kept running out in tears and was run ragged, they expected 1 human being to cook breakfast for 100 people and manage 2 floors as well as doing sales) - asked if it was closing and asked to break my deal, was told it was not and was encouraged to upgrade to a better office. 2 weeks later they closed with only 2 weeks notice for all us residents. I understand many people have not got their deposits back. Do not cowork with this company, they're growing so they can pay old debts I predict they will collapse in 2026.

The breakfast and snacks offered are different everyday and always super tasty. Other members are very friendly.

Industrious West Hollywood is a FIVE STAR site! We've had a satellite office here since October and absolutely could not be happier. This Industrious site has clean, beautiful design, while also providing comfortable and efficient work spaces (and great views from the 11th Floor across Beverly Hills and the westside). Industrious provides a variety of work spaces to suit anyone's use (single and multi-occupancy offices, as well as great meeting and phone rooms) as well as top-notch amenities (including lightning fast wifi, tasty breakfast and snack options each weekday, and unlimited color printing). Community Manager, Cesar definitely goes above and beyond and has helped our teams find additional spaces when we were too large for the Industrious meeting spaces (he's the best!).

This is my first shared office space experience and it's been amazing the past year.

The individual office space is super unique as it offers dry wall on three-sides which allows for a bit more privacy and allows you to customize the space to your liking.

The common spaces are modern and very clean and has amazing views of the city. I can see the ocean from my office on a clear day and the sunsets are simply stunning.

Cesar is the Community Manager and he is the backbone of the space. Our office takes a lot of meetings from outside vendors and Cesar is the first face they see upon arrival - our visitors always have nothing but compliments on how hospitable of welcome he provides.

I can't recommend Industrious West Hollywood enough!

Industrious West Hollywood is a game changer. We've occupied an office here since last April and I have never been happier with a shared office space. There are spacious meeting rooms and phone booths, as well as fast wifi and unlimited color printing. Breakfast and coffee are out every morning, and snacks after lunch. Shout out to Cesar, our superhero community manager. Cesar takes extra care in keeping the space clean and well stocked, and has never failed to find a quick solution to any problems (and also creates the most beautiful food spreads!).

Industrious West Hollywood is fantastic! The space is clean and modern with tons of natural light and amazing views from the hills to the ocean. I've been working out of co-working spaces for a few years and Industrious is by far the BEST. The community is friendly and professional, the staff (Cesar) takes great care of us setting up a delicious breakfast spread every day, handling deliveries and guests, and crafting the best cheese and charcuterie boards I've ever seen. The coffee is great too.

This is by far the best space I've ever worked, both co-working and traditional. The amazing coffee is almost worth the membership fee. Industrious also has the industry's best flexibility to work out of and be welcomed in their other offices. My business is just starting up and I need to be able to meet clients and network across the country. In only one month I've already worked out of all their offices in LA and San Francisco and will soon work out of their New York offices.
