I really can't say enough good things about this company. I had a 6x20 composite deck added to the front of my home. I called and I and O immediately came out and gave me a quote and price matched the previous quote I received. Unlike the other companies that required a longer wait, within a week of paying my deposit the work had begun. The owner gave me his personal guarantee that I would love the finished product and I absolutely do. They rewired my lights that were previously installed in the concrete and incorporated them into my deck. Whenever I had questions or concerns, they were answered and resolved. They did not stop until everything was perfect.

We had In & Out replace the perimeter fence and all of the balcony railings in our community of 22 units. Steve the owner was wonderful to work with - responsive and no-nonsense. His crew worked hard every day and got the entire job done quicker than expected. Several of our residents have commented that the work looks fantastic and the workers were nice/friendly.
