We had a fantastic experience. Me and my wife went through a very bad purchase experience before, and we were pretty burnt. We were looking for a rebound apartment and we went to visit one that was over our budget, but we decided to visit it anyway "just to feel the feeling". Before visiting, we were 90% sure that wouldn't be our purchase, as it was more expensive than we planned.

On the first visit, we were welcomed by our realtor (Maximillian) and he showed us the common area, and then the apartment. I was struck by this apartment, and Max introduced it to us in a way that made it feel like home already. He was always very open and transparent in our communication. In the subsequent days, we organised a second visit with an engineer to check the status of the apartment. Max was there to welcome us again and answered all our questions very clearly and honestly. He was also always there when we had any questions (and we had A TON of doubts and fears due to the previous terrible experience), Max would answer the phone right away or call us back in a matter of hours. He gave us a sense of reliability that we seldom experienced, especially in a delicate moment as the purchase of our future home.

Max was also there with us at the moment to sign the purchase contract at the Notary, helping us to understand the process better (we still don't speak good German)

All in all, I can't recommend this company enough, it's a rare example of people that actually care about the quality of their service.
