See pictures (taken during sunrise so that shadow can show the rough finish) for parts of their finish work on a long driveway project....They were doing neighbor's driveway - They asked to lift our fence privacy covering... walked up and down our driveway to access their work, did not fasten the fence covering back and this is the appreciation they show - leave the concrete in rough finish - looks like have to order more and extend fence privacy covering to hide this ugly work! Most likely lowest quote, but then resentful while working -intentionally leaving spiteful work like this.
