Steve and Anna were absolutely fantastic to work with from Day One. The price was very fair and we are very pleased with the results. (So much better than having to replace the tub or doing an acrylic tub over tub installation). I did not realize that the tub refinishing would require ventilation through my office window and since I was scheduled to be on the phones that day, Steve suggested that he break the work into two mornings so as not to disrupt my work. He even offered to do some re-caulking at no extra charge. In my opinion, it is rare these days to find someone so customer oriented. I would definitely recommend Ideal Refinishing!

Steven is professional and does excellent work. He was communicative and kept me updated on all the steps of my shower refinishing. I noticed a few drips at the completion of the job and he came back to fix them up ASAP. He did wonderful work and I’m super happy with the outcome! I would definitely reach out to Ideal Refinishing in the future!

Both Steven and Anna were very professional from beginning to the end of the project. Good communication throughout. Quick response time with any questions we had. Very pleased with our project of resurfacing the master bath vanities. We are now having them refinish additional cabinetry in the home. The changes we made to our outdated maple vanities compliment "today's" styling and colors.

I had an in home estimate then the documentation differed from the estimate. When I requested a revised document to concur with the estimate I received no further response from the company. It’s been 6 weeks.
