service I received. was the worst I had ever encounter. The service person that came to my house was angry on arrival. Was rude and he really scare me. He was yelling because he was called out after hours. He would not give me his name. I had to ask him to leave my house. service was the worst. I would never refer Ideal plumbling to anyone. I mean never.

Ideal has been taking great care of my furnace and A/C for years, but over the past year, their quality of service has gone steadily downhill. The last straw came with them doing a tune-up on my A/C unit. I made an appointment for July 12th - I was told that someone would arrive between 8:00 and 10:00. No one showed up or called to tell me they weren't coming. I called the office...Nancy apologized and we set up an appointment for July 25th. Art showed up shortly after 8:00 on the 25th. He spent a few minutes looking at the furnace, then told me he was going out to look at the A/C unit, which is right outside the front of my condo. Ten minutes passed before I noticed he was not working on the A/C unit. In fact, I couldn't find Art anywhere. I called the office and they called Art. Turns out he had serviced an A/C unit three condos down from mine because he thought it was mine! Unbelievable! I decided then and there that I would never have anyone from Ideal out to my condo again. I called the office and asked to talk to the boss. I was told he was on vacation and would call me when he got back. I have yet to hear from him.

They did all the HVAC for a fire job, new furnaces, ac duct runs etc. Work still needs to be fixed, called for months and talked to many different people, refusing to fix problems, tenants moved in early Febuary, 4 rooms have 0 air flow, and units are double the size required and I receive complaints weekly. They were paid in full and will not fix there problem. Had to call after hours guy to get ac going because no start up was performed. Piss poor work and communication for a union shop.

I hired this plumber to snake a pipe, and I was extremely disappointed with the service. It took them a whopping 2 hours to complete a simple task that should have taken much less time. To make matters worse, they charged a ridiculous $450 for this service.

The plumber took his time to walk back and forth to his truck parked the furthest away to my appartement and took more than 30 minutes writing the invoice in his truck.

Maybe because he saw I was a woman alone and it is easy for them to take time. I won't be using their services again, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

I recently had the misfortune of experiencing the services of a very friendly plumber
Firstly, let me start by saying that I was occupying the apartment temporarily, and my cousin (also a woman) is the owner of the property. I was present during the entire process, which gives me a unique perspective on the entire situation.
The plumber took an eternity to unclog the drain, and walking back and forth to his far away parked truck.
It was painfully evident that he was stretching the job out. I could sense that he was deliberately taking his sweet time.

A whopping $450 for what was essentially a minor drain unclogging job.

In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone considering hiring this plumber to look elsewhere.
Especially women.
They would not dare charge with a man present. Save yourself the headache and find a more reputable and reasonably priced plumber for your needs.

I never leave 1 star for any company. But I must leave 1 star this time. We have emergency case, I called them on Saturday night. They told me that they will be at my property 20-25 mins, but I had to wait over 30 mins. He came and took a look, then he use his machine in 2 hours. But the issue was still there, they told me need a bigger machine to do that. And I must pay over $500 for his time with nothing done.
I checked with them and they told me there will one guy come with bigger machine, but I waited 3 days. NO ONE COME, and now the issue still there.

This company installed my new furnace from an insurance claim. AC didn't work on first use, faulty sensor that they said they would replace. Never heard back and it's been months. First cold days here and the heat doesn't work. Technician called and said they would be here at 8:45 am. Hours later no call / no show, won't respond to calls or texts. Super irresponsible and unprofessional company, shoddy work, unreliable and don't communicate with customers or respect their time. Go somewhere else, these guys are horrible.

The company is understaffed and has internal managment and ethical issues. They accepted a 50% deposit on a gut remodel. I had to cal them 12 times over two months to try to schedule, while they held my funds and would not return a call. Finally, a very condescending office manager know they were too busy to call me back to tell me they were to busy to do the job. BUT she would return my deposit ct and "corporate" would try to deposit a check before vacation. This is not a small shop. It is a "corporation." It is not acceptable you treat a job with a deposit as an option , without returning calls for two months to notify them something has changes hey no longer intend to do the work. This is not a small shop. It is a horribly run "corporation" without the infrastructure to follow through on the work and a total lack of understanding that the customer who trusted them with a deposit also needs to schedule. A total mess!!
