Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. I have many rental homes and have dealt with the worst contractors from actual construction companies that came recommended to me four times in a row! Issues would rise from them hiring people who simply did not know what they were doing, to workers squatting in my rentals for weeks just doing drugs.
I wanted to upgrade my personal home and I did not want to make the mistake of hiring the wrong company again. I had older 12” blue tile in the kitchen with old backsplash, carpet in the living room and hallway, as well as dark tan wall paint everywhere that I wanted gone. I had a dream of light colored large shiny tile with small steel tile accents and nearly white paint. Icon beautifully executed this dream in a speedy two week timeframe, which is crazy for such a large home. They kept me updated the whole time and pointed out things I wouldn’t have even thought of. Not only that, they put a personal guarantee on their work so if any issues popped up later they would fix it and I actually trust they would honor it! Isn’t that crazy?! I’m blown away, just look at my house.

This is the third time we’ve used Icon to update our home, so that tells you how much we trust them. Our project manager Jesse was available anytime for questions and help. He went above and beyond to make sure our bathrooms and laundry room update were done on time and done right! He was constantly checking in to make sure everything went well! I will continue to call Icon for future updates.

Who can honestly say they love their contractor after the remodel is actually done? I can honestly say that after my experience with ICON Construction!! From start to finish we were never left out of the loop or had any kind of surprises. Chris came to mine and my husbands home and gave us a free estimate on our kitchen remodel. He went over cost on certain things so we knew if it was worth adding now or later as well as helped us with design options to perfect the "industrial farmhouse" look we were going for. Once the project started I dealt with Mike who was the project manager. My husband and I both worked during the day so we left a key under the mat so they could work while we were at work. Mike called me when he and the crew got to the house, gave me an overview, and then called when they left to tell me exactly what was done. He did this every single day. If we had any questions at all Mike was available 24/7. He made it so easy for us where we didn't have to worry about a thing. We even custom ordered these handles that were the wrong size but Mike and Chris were able to go out and find the exact ones in the correct size and made it so easy and stress-free for us! Also, we had dogs we were concerned about and they again took that stress off of us and made sure to let us know the days they needed access to the backyard a day ahead of time so we could have them inside the house. I can't say enough good things about ICON Construction and am already counting down the days until they can come back and we can remodel another room! This crew is totally talented, respectful, and works fast and efficient. They are true craftsmen and so talented!!!! The 3 weeks they were in my home without my husband and I there, there was nothing left out of place, nothing went missing, and at no point did we feel like we couldn't trust anyone in our house. This crew made us feel at ease and left the door locked and key hid every day. Can't wait to use them again!!!

ICON was a pleasure to work with. Chris W. took my vision and made it a reality. I LOVE my new kitchen and the open feel it has. From start to finish, everyone was a pleasure to work with and our questions and concerns were always dealt with care. We had an amazing experience with Icon Construction & Design from start to finish. Our bathroom had not been updated in 30 years and it was definitely due. Nick helped us with design and product selection and made excellent suggestions so we got exactly what we wanted. Project Manager Mike was with us throughout construction and kept us advised at every step. We knew when the workers would be here and they were always on time, professional and friendly. We will invite Icon back to complete more remodeling projects for us, and definitely recommend them to anyone needing home improvements.

My husband and I had one room left to update. I put out calls to 4 contractors, 2 never called, one had me do all the measuring, and then there was ICON. They were friendly, prompt, professional and yet so easy to talk to. We started with Nick who helped take the design in my head to paper. We easily and quickly picked everything we needed probably within 4 suppliers. Then we started working with Project Manager Mike. He made sure to let us know when contractors were scheduled to start their portion of the project. Keep everything on a timeline, and if something unexpected happened, followed through with the appropriate people to get it resolved. I remember him telling me, the plans look good, but they may change a bit. Sure enough some changes happened for the better. Location of faucets for the shower, so we can turn on and adjust before stepping in. Electrical outlet inside my vanity cabinet to hide hair appliance cables, little things that make such a big difference. The contractors were the best of the best, electric, plumber, tile, painters, geez, everyone was on top of their game. If you are looking to do a remodel, or an upgrade...I highly recommend ICON Construction. Thank you guys so much.

We contacted several companies to do a complete remodel on our kitchen. After several quotes and visits from many construction companies we felt Icon Construction would be able to meet our needs with both pricing and design. Not only did they meet our expectations, but their patience and professionalism was outstanding. From day 1 to the final walk through the team kept us informed daily on progress and answered all questions/concerns in a timely manner. Couldn’t be happier with the end result. We got various quotes to remodel our master bath; and were very happy that we chose ICON Construction. From our first contact with Chris Wolfe, we were very impressed. He listened to what we wanted, gave us good ideas and walked us through our options. Once we decided to go forward, Chris and Nick helped us choose the right materials for the job. That was only the beginning. Mike Flores oversaw the whole project and was readily available daily for questions. Each day he would let us know who was coming out and what time they would be here; and they were always on time. They did a fantastic job. They were friendly and professional, and always considerate and neat. We are so happy with our beautiful master bath; we can’t wait for ICON to start on our kitchen next.
