HS3 is the best contractor we've ever worked with. We had the windows for our entire house replaced in just one day! At the same time, the quality of the work was also outstanding. We could tell the effect of the new windows right away as we were able to take a nap while three kids were jumping up and down on the trampoline outside. We can't think of going to anybody else for any of our future upgrade work and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality and efficiency at the same time.

Larry’s team did a phenomenal job on my house remodel! They came in well under the expected time on my bathroom remodel and were right on schedule for my kitchen remodel. Larry Webster and his team did an awesome job on our remodeling project. They showed up every day with no unplanned interruptions. The job was finished ahead of schedule and right on budget. Larry and his team beautifully made updates to our home by the agreed date before we moved in. He was very professional in giving us updates at least weekly with pictures which my husband and I loved. They painted, replaced carpet with luxury vinyl, removed popcorn ceilings and installed new windows and sliding doors throughout the house. We are very pleased with the outcome and professionalism with how the work was completed.

We would very highly recommend Larry Webster for roofing or contracting needs. He responded quickly when we had a complicated roof leak a week before leaving town. He was extremely professional and accommodated our needs, organizing his roofing and construction employees to complete all of the work and clean up. We felt confident in all of his decisions.

My wife and I purchased our first home in December and decided to jump on updates to the home before we moved in. Larry did an incredible job helping us get the interior painted, replacing the carpet with luxury vinyl flooring, replacing all the glass windows and doors, replacing interior door handles and hinges and adding a custom made backsplash into the kitchen.
All the improvements came out better than we had imagined and we were regularly kept up to date on progress and provided recommendations throughout out the process. The construction team worked hard to finish within the window before our intended move date and made sure the house was completed and move in-ready for us.
It was an all around great experience, especially for us being new home-owners with no previous experience for how to proceed with home renovations.

I do not have enough superlatives to describe the work HS3, Larry, and his team did for us. They took a dated, closed off home and listened to our ideas and desires on how to update and open it up. The result is nothing short of stunning. We have built several homes and have never had a GC that came close to Larry in terms of communication, staying on budget, staying on time and delivering exactly what we had hoped for and more. HS3 will be our go to company for every home and every project we do in Arizona.

It is easy to be a good Contractor when things go right. A little more challenging when they do not. The crew was diligent and cleaned up every day. When the work was completed, an error was found.

No need to discuss the details, but it was the Contractor's due. Hunter Ryan, HS3 General Contracting & The Roof King stepped up to make it right. That was an expensive and time-consuming decision for them. I suspect most Contractors would have tried to dodge the issue or figure an easy way out. They tackled it head-on. The measure of a person or company is not if a mistake is made; it is how the mistake is resolved. Integrity in any trade goes a long way. Hunter and H3 have that and more. We are pleased with the final outcome.
