Pretty sure Gwen is their employee at the front desk

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT rent from HPM. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Since they took over in September 2023 I had put in maintenance requests for MONTHS and not once the first two months did anyone reach out to me, even after then not one time from September until my last day in Feb 2024 did any one attempt to come look at my issue. I had to buy and changed my locks myself, when asked about my emergency exit they stated use the other door. Please read up on Ohio revised code as well before moving out as the entire time they withheld my deposit until the last minute and truly did not want to give it up. My lawyer gave me the advice on what to do and say from the moment I sent my move out letter. I suggest you all do the same if you go with this company. I hope this will help deter anyone that may be thinking on going with this company!
