Dan and I are currently working on two projects together. We have been reviewing plans and engineering drawings on the conversion of an 1836 post and beam constructed barn which we plan to start the conversion this fall. Dan has been working with us on the planning for over a year and is a complete professional. Dan and his team also completed the restoration of one of our out buildings including, HVAC, Roofing and trim work. Dan has the ability to work outside of the normal stick-build mentality and can solve difficult problems on older homes or structures. He also has done work in the area for a long time and has the additional trades lined up to get the work done right and on time. Highly recommend Dan!
