Too many allowances are made for people who use illegal drugs at federally funded housing locations. Depending on who makes decisions regarding resolution of issues and illegal activities will be the basis for what the outcome of any situation might be. Very little uniformity as it applies to removing or taking substantive intervention or administrative action against tenants who would be evicted out of any private residence. This hasn't always been so, for years the HASBC, had been an innovative and excellent organization what changed in 2018, that turned a once stable and effective organization into an organization where whichever employee is the most intimidating or dismissive gets to set and enforce policy?. Very sad and ultimately the people this organization purports to assist are affected and in some situations harmed.
