Dr Knapp did my foot surgery and was amazing. He took his time to take great care during surgery and continued great care after. My incisions look good and very little pain, Dr Knapp always think of patient’s benefits and not himself. I strongly recommend him to everyone needing foot/ankle surgery

Waited 45 minutes; occasionally I understand but not a good sign for my first appt. Overall, I felt super rushed, they verified my pharmacy twice after I had noted it on my initial paperwork. Only to have them send it to a "local pharmacy" that wanted to charge me $5 more than my highest copay.

It was suggested the cure all for my nerve pain was custom orthopedic insoles that were "covered" by my insurance; however would still cost me $350! I totally had the impression they figured out these were covered and pushed them on me. Luckily, I couldn't afford them.

Lastly, the script suggested for my ram's toenail was one of the most expensive meds available to be used for 4 months, yet the size she prescribed was the smaller size! So yes, I would pay their pharmacy not only the highest copay but for more months than necessary.

Overall, I was very disappointed and will not be going back. I'm still trying to get a refund because they overcharged me.

I've been going to Dr. Knapp for almost a year, for multiple issues. I also took my son there. This is the best, most professional, most personable doctor and office staff that I have been to.

There's never more than a few minutes wait, either in the waiting room or in an exam room.

When Dr. Knapp's in the room with me I know that I'm the most important thing on his mind then. He is never trying to rush to get out of the room, or has his mind on other things.

He takes time to explain things in a clear way. He also checks many possibilities to identify the root cause of issues.

They have diagnostic tools like x-rays and MRI machine in the office which is convenient. In some cases, such as with my son's ingrown toenails, they operated on the first visit -- it was great to just get it fixed.

this dr removed a screw that had worked it's way out from my toe surgery. He knew I was in alot of pain and did it right there in his office. Now I know how an elephant feels when a mouse pulls a thorn from his foot!!!

I've gone to Dr. Knapp for over 15 years. He helped my daughter with a broken ankle and has done 2 foot surgeries on me. Thorough, skilled, compassionate -- my favorite doctor!

We have been going to Dr Knapp for many years now. His service is outstanding to say the least. He knows what he is doing, he is a amazing Dr. He is the kind if Dr that actually cares for his clients and dont just look at them like $$$.

Called to make an appt and they would noit see me. I am an existing patiient with diabetes and they are only taking emergencies due to Covid. All other Doctors are seeing patients now but not them. Diabetics need to see a podiatrist routinely due to poetential problems with the feet due to the diabetes. So now I have to find a new podiatrist. This shows that they really don't care about the health of their diabetic patients. When I did see Dr Knapp he didn't really seem to care that much anyway so no big loss.

We have been using this practice for many of our family members, but it appears that they may be developing the “We are TOO big” mentality. We always appreciated their customer service but lately wait times have become excessive, staff are less friendly, and it just seems like they are not hungry for business anymore. They have no problem leaving you sitting in a waiting room for hours past your scheduled appointment. It happens to businesses from time to time. Over time they don’t scrutinize their employees who are the face of their practice. BUT, the good news is we have a choice.
