Eric came out and replaced the Jet in my pump , could have sold me a new pump too but since mine is working , saw no need to charge me for parts and service I didn't need. Also was lower in price than anyone else local. 24 hrs later my switch on my pump started acting up , showed my wife the burnt contacts , replaced free of charge , not even a service fee. Great folks to deal with , treated me more than fair. Thank you!

My mother just had a well put down a little over a month ago for a new home. We called them on Saturday and let them know the power was hooked up and we were ready. We spoke to the father( Older guy), he said it probably needed to be primed again but if we had any problems to call. My brother spent all day Sunday trying to get it to prime and got nothing but sand and air. Called Hopkins out to look at it and they charged my mother another $385 to fix it saying because my brother put a shut off valve in the piping that it caused something to go down in the jets! He said he was going to be "nice" he normally charges $500!! The son was the one who came out to check it out but didn't tell my brother about any of this who met him this morning and told him what was going on with the pump. My brother has fixed his own pumps for 30 years he knows a lot about them. But once my brother left, the son charged my 80 year old mother extra $385 when they never had power to prime it to begin with that's why we called them to let them know it had power but we were told we had to prime it. Taking advantage of an elderly woman is NOT GOOD BUSINESS.

They are very honest. Originally when discussing our well problem over the phone, they thought we may have had a bigger problem. Which meant the cost would be higher. When he got here, he realized our problem wasn't so bad after all, so our cost turned out to be $300.00 less than was originally quoted! If you want HONEST people.....call Hopkins.

Me and my husband were building a house and when my husband died I had to finish the house . We had a small older well with orange water (that has already stained my new appliances). So I called Alex Hopkins , who With his father , 2 years before had put a well in next door for my father in law. Hopkins dad who he had worked with all his life Had died . So I assumed Alex knew what he was doing . Long story short I have paid him right at 10,000 dollars and I don’t have enough water to take a shower and wash clothes At the same time . He told me I would have enough water to water my animals and water my garden and all the water I would ever need. I have been calling him back often for a year and I still don’t have Enough water .
