Nathan was very promising and did not disappoint. He was always professional and curious to my needs as a disabled veteran. He was in and out in 10 minutes and my carpet never looked better! This company came in today to clean our entire house carpets and our sofa. They did an incredible job!! My house smells amazing. The carpets look like new and we couldn't be happier! Nathan was very responsive and accommodating. He was quick to add us to his schedule and fair with his quote, explaining how everything was priced. When he was here working on the carpets, he explained clearly what he used to get rid of the smell and stains left on our carpet by the previous home owners. By the way, everything used was non toxic and safe for pets and children. He was very personable and sweet to our rowdy boys. Thanks Nathan!

Nathan came out to clean our living room area rug. He was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and had a step-by-step process to clean the potty spots our puppy left. I liked that we had a few options to choose from that would best be suitable for us too. This review asks about Responsiveness > Yes! Always very timely. I try to be respectful of weekends and evenings concerning communication with Nathan, but then he always responds very timely. And... Punctuality > We agree on a time, and he follows thru. Great to have someone in the service industry that you can trust and rely on. Just a note on our recent need for an apartment carpet cleaned > the tenants were less than clean including the care of their pets. We were considering flooring replacement thinking chances would be slim for both odor and stain removal, but due to timing we went in favor of having Hometown Carpet clean to at least see if that would reasonably refresh the carpet. We were shocked upon inspection to see nearly all traces of stains gone and... the smell too! This is a real review, I’m just so thankful to have this problem solved so quickly and thoroughly. Highly recommend Hometown Carpet and Nathan.
