My pilot light is out an I needed someone to come get it going. It's sad nobody ever answers that phone! I shouldn't have to go online an fill out a paper just to get something simple done! Especially when I see all the maintenance employees riding around doing nothing! Why have telephones if your not going to answer them? Embarrassing if another organization was trying to get ahold of someone in that office an the phones don't work!
