Terrible experience with this company. We paid $3500. for seeding and fertilizing new home site, pictures show what it looks like. These pictures are the actual lawn we paid for after it was done ..looks horrible..(We have underground sprinkling) Our whole project was very expensive and now we are doing much of it again with other contractors.. They dug the basement and put the sand right next to the hole, it caved in and when the builder ask him to fix it he asked for more money. Had to call a different excavator. We had a pond put in and he messed up the beaches, fought us to fix them when the pond did not pass the walk through of the design company. Charged us extra to fix it. Pole building site was put in too low, refused to fix it so now we have another excavator doing it. Driveway grading was not done properly so again he refused to fix without extra money. We have another excavator here now fixing it. The grading was so bad around the building site that it flooded out over and over, when asked to fix it> I will for more money..He posted pictures of our property on his FB page. We asked him to remove them and he refuses.. Beware he will post pictures of your home site.. Our other contractors all got along great but did not like working with him and thought he was rude.. I have pictures and references from those who worked on this project.. Happy to share them with you.. Constantly asks for more money..when he does something wrong and you ask for it to be fixed.. He says that is extra> it's extra to ask for him to fix what he did wrong..I could go on and on with all the issues as this is just a small part. Wish we could have fired him but when you start a project you are on a schedule with all the contractors plus the new ones we called were booked out months.. Beware if you deal with this company. HORRIBLE experience..

Price was good but the truckload of gravel was dumped about 30-40 feet away from the 16×50 dirt pad that I told the driver to put it. Was dumped right in my grass. Miscommunication I guess. So I had to shovel the pile roughly 30-80 feet away with a wheel Barrow. Not fun.

I had originally hired another company to "refresh" my logging road driveway. The day the job was supposed to happen this other company showed up, looked at my road and said they could not do it. Left me high and dry. Tim Hintz was the first guy I called, he came over (place near Lawrence lake) within an hour for an estimate. He then treated my job like it was his driveway, advising me to take down some trees that would be an issue, and advising on the best materials for the job (the other guys was going to use some bad fill from on site, Tim brought in the proper material). I would definitely call them again, I was very pleased with the timeliness and professionalism and quality.
