Please be carefully with this company Higher Vision Construction the owner are Mr Nelson Huertas and Mrs Erika Huertas. They had used the license from the company CPF Roofing Construction to do my roof which i was unaware I found all this out with i requested the records from my county. The owner or his wife allowed these people to used there license. When I got in contact with the owner of the license he (not the owner of the company CPF) he was unaware of this matter he tried ti help out by speaking to his business partner to come by my home to fix the problem. the owner of CPF came by to fix the issues Mr. Huertas caused but CPF will not provide me with a letter for my insurance that is being requested for then to approve my unsurance discount. And now this is providing me with financial issues and will continued since we all know the Insurance will keep increasing here in Fl. My home ins is currently $2791.00 and they told me I can save about $1,400.00. I did my windmidigation but they still requesting more information from the company.
If anyone knows of someone that can help me out with this matter please let me know. I have email text pictures receipt etc. 2 windmidigation one done before the company coming by to fix the issues and one after they came. This is causing me to have more depression everyday and financial worries.
Years ago when I contact these people they told me they company was &V and when I did my investigation now after finding out they used CPF Roofing license the company V&V Encio Roofing is under some other owner name not under Nelson Huertas. This guy is not license to do any roofing
