HHH homebuilders is the best contractor I have ever worked with. They are a super, dependable family owned company. They do top notch work and they are great to work with. Very professional and will take care of your family’s biggest investment. I highly recommend this company.

When fire completely destroyed the inside of our house and we were required by insurance to get three estimates for rebuilding, it was clear from the start HHH homebuilders was the best company for the job. Bo Harris, owner of HHH homebuilders, always either answered my calls and texts or returned my calls in a timely fashion, unlike the other contractors. Bo spent a great deal of time analyzing what needed to be done, making several trips to examine the fire damage and met with our adjuster to understand exactly what work was needed. He provided a very detailed estimate and submitted it in a timely fashion, unlike the other contractors. His estimate very closely matched what our adjuster felt needed to be done, again unlike the other contractors. During the contract negotiation phase, adversity struck and Bo ended up in the hospital. Even from his hospital bed, Bo called and texted to assure me that work would begin as soon as possible. That is a hallmark of his dedication. He understood the tragedy we had suffered and was anxious to help.

Once our contract was in placement, Bo understood exactly what permits were needed and worked with the city for a quick turnaround. Work began immediately and throughout the process Bo
-Listened to my concerns and crazy ideas
-Dealt with problems immediately
-Strove to make me happy …as I was picky about various little details.
-Worked quickly to resolve any issues brought to his attention
-Worked directly with our insurance agent when additional funds were needed
-And last, but extremely important, ways communicated with me about what was happening

The end product is a beautiful, rebuilt house. And a happy customer!

Bo is one of those rare contractors, that when he commits to something, he will actually do it. If he says he will be out on a certain day, he will be there. This is a big plus as this greatly helps when it comes to scheduling deliveries of materials in time for the work to commence. He also has access to subcontractors that he can call out on short notice (roofing, gutters, pest control, plumbing, cultured marble). My wife and I had a complete master bathroom demo and remodel which he was in charge of, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Bo rolls his sleeves up and gets right in to the work, whether it be in a tight crawl space in subfloor works or being completely covered with sheetrock dust and mud.
